Services & Pricing

Everything you need on Salesforce — and nothing you don't.

From a single-cloud Quick Start to a full mid-market transformation. We scope to what your business actually needs, then build it the way it should be built.

Sales Cloud

Lead-to-cash that the team trusts: clean stages, accurate forecasting, and dashboards leadership opens on Monday morning. We tidy the pipeline before we automate it.

Service Cloud

Omni-channel routing, a knowledge base people actually use, and digital deflection that genuinely deflects. Faster resolutions without adding headcount.

Experience Cloud

Partner, customer and community portals that deflect tickets and create stickiness — maintainable by your admin, not dependent on a developer.

Data 360

Formerly Data Cloud — one unified customer profile across marketing, CRM, finance and product. The grounding layer that makes every agent trustworthy and your reporting honest.

MuleSoft & Integration

Clean APIs and event-driven flows your future team can still understand. We design integrations that age well — not brittle point-to-point spaghetti.

Agentforce & AI

Agentforce SDR, Triggered Agents and Operations — built in Agentforce Builder, shaped with Agent Script, grounded in Data 360, and held to Atlas Reasoning guardrails that are deterministic and auditable by design.

Vibe development

We build faster with Agentforce Vibes — describing components in plain English to scaffold org-aware LWC, Apex, React and GraphQL, with multi-model support (Claude Sonnet, GPT‑5). Then we review, test and harden it before it ships.

Agentforce Voice

Natural, on-brand voice agents that plug into your existing phone system over SIP — so callers get answers, and your team keeps the calls that need a human.

Agent observability

Once agents are live we watch them: Agent Health Monitoring tracks error rate, latency and escalation with near real-time alerts, so an agent that drifts is caught before a customer notices.

Done the Stryd way

We configure the platform before we reach for code.

Most of what a New Zealand business needs from Salesforce already exists in the standard platform. We start there — Flows, standard objects, permission sets — and only build custom when it genuinely earns its place.

  • Workshops, not waterfalls. We design with your team in the room.
  • Documented decisions. You always know why something was built the way it was.

The cycle

How every engagement runs.

Research → Analyse → Plan → Build → Review → Test → Deploy. No skipping phases; nothing reaches production without independent review.

01

Discover & scope

What you're trying to achieve, what you have, and the right scope — not the maximum one.

02

Design & build

Configure the standard platform first; code only where it earns its place. Every decision documented.

03

Review & test

A separate reviewer signs off; we test against a real sandbox — security, sharing model and outcomes.

04

Deploy & care

You make the go-live call. We hyper-care through the first releases and enable your team.

After go-live

Dashboards your team actually opens on Monday.

A CRM only pays off if people use it. We build the reports and dashboards leadership reaches for first, and we enable your admin to keep evolving them — so you're not dependent on us to change a column.

With an optional care plan, we brief you ahead of each of the three annual Salesforce releases and keep the org healthy as the platform evolves.

Questions

Good to know.

Do I need the biggest package?

Almost never. We scope to your business, not to a template. A fifty-user org rarely needs a twenty-object architecture — and we'll tell you if a smaller package is the right call, even if it means a smaller invoice.

What's included in a care plan?

Monthly admin hours, briefings ahead of each of the three annual Salesforce releases, proactive monitoring, and reactive support within an agreed SLA. Care is optional on every package.

Do you write custom code?

Only where it earns its keep. We configure declaratively first — Flows, standard objects, permission sets — and reach for Apex or LWC when the standard platform genuinely can't do the job.

Do you build Agentforce agents and use vibe development?

Yes. We design agents in Agentforce Builder, shape behaviour with Agent Script, ground them in Data 360, and use Agentforce Vibes to scaffold org-aware code from a plain-English brief. The tooling makes us faster — it doesn't change our discipline. Every agent and every line still goes through independent review, sandbox testing and Atlas Reasoning guardrails before it reaches production.

How do you handle our data and privacy?

NZ Privacy Act 2020 by default. The sharing model, security review and audit trail are considered on day one — not retro-fitted. We never access or export client data without explicit instruction and a signed engagement.

Who signs off before go-live?

A separate Stryd reviewer independently reviews every build, and tests run against a real sandbox before deployment. You make the final call on any production deploy.

Not sure which package fits?

Tell us what you're trying to achieve and we'll point you to the right scope — even if that's a smaller one.
